Who We Are and What We Do

Situated in the warm, fertile environment of
central Florida, the Omega Mushrooms farm has
been producing fresh, USDA Certified Organic
shiitake mushrooms since 1996.  In the 10 years
that we've been in business, we have established a
reputation of providing consistently high quality,
top-grade shiitakes to our customers.

We believe in contributing to and sustaining a
healthy environment. From the wholesome organic
grains used in our mushroom logs to using a
tricycle as our main mode of transportation on the
farm, we practice methods that contribute to the
well-being of both people and Mother Nature.
